Primo soccorso per la salute psichica focus adulti
I corsi di primo soccorso ensa frequentabili sia - come webinar o corsi in presenza - permettono ai non esperti di avvicinarsi a persone con difficoltà psichiche e di prestare un primo soccorso.
Il corso fornisce in maniera pratica le conoscenze di base sulle malattie mentali. I partecipanti imparano a riconoscere i problemi in tempo utile, ad affrontarli senza giudizio e a incoraggiare le persone interessate a cercare un aiuto professionale.
Diventate ora un primo soccorritore per la salute psichica nel programma, perché non fare nulla è sempre sbagliato.
