Courses for organisations

First aid courses for early recognition of mental health problems in the workplace

Empower your team to recognise and act on mental health problems at an early stage: The earlier, the better, because...

...every second employee will show signs of stress, burnout or other crises at some point in their working life.

...2 out of 3 employees do not receive the necessary support.

...when mental health suffers, work performance soon suffers too - resulting in absenteeism or even job losses.

...an investment in mental health can generate a positive ROI of 2:1. This is mainly achieved through a sustained reduction in sickness absence, lower case management costs and lower staff turnover in the organisation.

...investing in mental health leads to a better working environment and has a positive impact on the company's costs and your attractiveness as an employee.

Through ensa first aid conversations, managers can recognize signs of psychological difficulties in the early stages and react to them at an early stage. The earlier the conversation is sought with those affected, the sooner help can be provided. As a manager, you will learn to pay attention to the health of your employees and to recognize and address changes at an early stage. You will practise conducting first aid talks in role plays.
